Accuracy Overhaul
On customer’s 1911 pistol *
Complete evaluation of the pistol.**
Kart match barrel and match bushing installed.
Fit the slide to the frame.
Adjust / correct the extractor - replace in needed.
Adjust / correct ejector – replace if required.
Refit the trigger or replace if required.
Trigger job [as requested if possible].
Replace all springs (five) if required.
Correct slide stop (if undamaged).
Dress all internal/mating surfaces/ parts of frame.
Correct and polish the breech face.
Correct link clearance slot.
Machine marvel disconnector slot.
Correct magazine catch.
Correct all safeties (if undamaged).
One tuned single stack magazine provided.
Dress/correct magazine well.
Correct edges and blems where possible.
Supply data about pistol to customer.
Supply load data and match samples.
Minimum of 200 rounds will be fired out of the pistol.
Ao1. $1,090.00 accuracy overhaul.
Ao2. $1,250.00 for pistol with a ramped barrel or one that will require a ramped barrel to correct a problem.
Ao3. $65.00 added charge for ransom rest test if requested by the customer.
Ao4. $60.00 plus shipping to be charged if base pistol is not able to be used because of condition or safety **.

*parts that are not listed in the package and that require replacement or correction are at an extra charge.
It is common for us to reject most if not all internal parts in kimber or springfield armory pistol.
This may include: hammer – sear - disconnector – springs – triggers – extractors
Reliability Overhaul

Adjust and correct the ejector.
Refit the customer’s trigger.
Trigger job at 3 ½ # to 4 #.
Replace any spring that is needed.
Correct slide stop.
Correct and dress all internal parts/surfaces.
Correct breech face.
Correct link clearance slot if needed.
Machine marvel disconnector slot.
Correct magazine catch lock.
Inspect all safties.
Supply data about the pistol to customer.
Replace link if needed.
Minimum of 200 rounds fired for functioning.
Lower ejection port if required.
Correct frame feed ramp.
Correct barrel throat.
Correct/polish barrel chamber.
Crown barrel.
One tuned single stack magazine included.
